From artwork to master carton
A typical project moves through artwork approval, a pre-production sample, and packing development. Every model already carries defined color-box and master-carton dimensions, so your artwork is designed to a real box, not a guess. Carton counts across the models we stock range from 20 to 200 pieces per carton, which shapes freight per unit.
Sampling and certification
Our cooperating factories support rapid sampling, with first samples in as little as 48 hours on standard platforms. Models in the line carry CE, UKCA, FCC and RoHS certification from the cooperating factories, and paperwork is coordinated with the shipment so destination-market checks stay predictable.
