Private Label Digital Scales: Branding, Packaging and Documentation

What a private label scale project involves — artwork, housing finish, packaging, carton marks and the certification paperwork that travels with it.

Private label starts from a proven platform

The fastest private label route takes an existing model and changes the brand, housing finish and packaging. The weighing platform stays the same, which keeps the technical risk low and the certification scope familiar. An ODM route that changes the housing or electronics is a longer project.

What you need to supply

Logo files in vector format, a color reference for the housing, artwork for the color box, and the languages required on the packaging and manual. If the model has a printed lid or a display label, confirm which parts carry the brand.

Packaging is designed against real dimensions

Models with published packing data carry defined color-box and master-carton dimensions, so artwork can be planned against the physical box rather than a template. Confirm the dieline and the carton mark layout before printing; a reprinted carton costs more than a slower first proof.

Documentation travels with the shipment

Certification documents, test reports and the declaration of conformity should be referenced in the order and shipped with the booking. Confirm the exact certificate set for your destination market and that each document names the model being shipped.

Sampling before the print run

Approve a pre-production sample that includes the final housing finish and packaging dummy. Standard-platform samples can be ready in as little as 48 hours at the cooperating factories; printed packaging adds a separate proofing step.

Send ZmoTek your brand assets, target market and volume estimate, and we will propose base models, confirm sample timing and plan the packaging and documentation.
